Free Hatha Flow yoga class taught by Jordana Leeb in recognition of Public Health Week 2019! The class will take place at the Wellness Center.
“This is an all-levels class: friendly to beginners while providing some prompts for more challenging options for the more experienced. Starting with breath-based meditation, the class will be a mixture of standing poses for strength and balance and floor-based movement for stretching and relaxation. Throughout, we will focus on our breath and building awareness of the connections between mind, body, and spirit.”
