Board Alternate layout
PRESIDENT: TODD HUDSON
The President represents the Board to organizations in the building and maintains general involvement in all Board activities. S/he may also assume additional responsibilities in the event of a Board vacancy.
VICE-PRESIDENT: TARA CHETOCK
The Vice-President oversees the Board in the absence of the President. S/he also assumes primary responsibility for Center facilities: equipment function, cleanliness, etc.
SECRETARY: SARA SLOAN
The Secretary creates and maintains files of Board meetings and decisions.
TREASURER: PI WINSLOW
The Treasurer manages Center funds and banking accounts, pays bills and maintains proper certification (e.g., non-profit status) and insurance forms.
MEMBERSHIP: JANIS PAYNE
The membership coordinator signs up and removes members, accepts payments from new members, and resolves auto-deduction issues for members. S/he also oversees website development.
