Group Descriptions

This is an all-levels class: friendly to beginners while providing some prompts for more challenging options for the more experienced. Starting with breath-based meditation, the class will be a mixture of standing poses for strength and balance and floor-based movement for stretching and relaxation. Throughout, we will focus on our breath and building awareness of the connections between mind, body, and spirit.

This group will start with few minutes of Meditation, Pranayama and physical Asana practice.  The group is beginner friendly with milder poses or for advanced practitioners with Inversions like head stand, arm balances etc., depending on the students, such that everyone feels included.

Throughout the day our bodies become stiff from inactivity. This class will include gentle movements to open up your hip and shoulder joints, center your breath, and bring stillness to your mind. This class is for you if you enjoy exploring new techniques for managing stress, anxiety or simply calming the nervous system. This class may include restorative sequences (where we practice 5 to 6 poses, passive stretching, for 3 to 5 minutes) to gentle active sequences. This is a body positive, accessible class taught at a beginner level. All are welcome!

This 30-minute express class is geared towards the lower body and core with a series of intervals using dumbbells, body bars, exercise balls, bosu balls, and resistance bands. It is designed to help with strengthening muscles and building endurance. Balancing exercises tone the tiny stabilization muscles used during posture to help combat daily soreness. Each exercise can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels and injuries. Let this class energize you throughout your day!
