Rajesh is a certified yoga instructor, taught/teaching Yoga in Hillsboro at Intel, LA Fitness and Non-Profit organization/s for the pastseven+ years. Prior to teaching, had been practicing yoga for years both in India and also after moving to US.  

YOGA: Wednesdays from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. 



Jordana is a certified yoga instructor who has taught yoga in Portland for eight years.  Her focus is on various Hatha styles of yoga with particular attention to breath, stretching, strength building and relaxation.  She has also studied Pilates, Tai Chi and Qigong and brings awareness from these practices to her yoga.  Jordana teaches classes that are good for beginners or more seasoned practitioners wanting to practice at a more moderate pace.  She received her yoga teaching certification from Yoga Union but now practices mainly at Peoples Yoga in NE Portland.

HATHA FLOW YOGA: Mondays from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

Kari practices yoga to better cope with life’s ups and downs and to live more joyfully and heartfelt in her daily life. Kari’s intention as a yoga teacher is to create a welcoming and accessible space for all people who seek to benefit from the practice of yoga. Kari’s classes are taught with beginners in mind, and appeal to those who seek benefits in addition to and beyond the physical realm.

GENTLE YOGA: Thursdays from 12:00 - 12:45 p.m.


Alan is an Oregon native previously living in Phoenix and Los Angeles.  He has spent over twenty years in hospital-based Cardiac Rehab. Most recently Alan has certified as a personal trainer for post-surgery, low fitness and disease/disorder.  He enjoys kayaking, backpacking, graphic design and home renovation.  And dogs!  Alan currently resides in Vancouver, WA.

Lianne believes all movement is exercise and the key to success is through functional activities that you can enjoy! Working as a team and starting out slow by adding small, bite size chunks makes for lasting changes and powerful self-healing. Lianne’s personal training journey began over a decade ago while receiving her Bachelors of Science in Health Science from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Lianne worked with a physician referral program that helped alleviate symptoms and reduce or even eliminate medications in both my clients and myself, which inspired me to pursue exercise as medicine.

She started her fitness career with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Certified Personal Trainer with additional training in Nutritional Counseling and Chronic Pain Education. Lianne holds advanced certifications as a Functional Exercise Specialist prescribing corrective exercises to prevent injury, and as an Orthopedic Specialist addressing imbalances and rehabilitating injuries.

Lianne moved to Portland in 2015 to study for a doctorate in naturopathic medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine. Her focus is in bodywork and energetic medicine as she is concurrently earning her license for massage therapy (LMT) and Orthobionomy Certification.

For her own fitness, she uses mindfulness based exercise. Lianne trains as a dancer and travels the world as a professional character performer in immersive theater. Lianne has an ever evolving self-care practice in order to accomplish her goals despite living with a chronic illness. Lianne’s life experiences give her the strength and empathy to help you find your own fitness passions!

STRENGTH TRAINING: Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. 




Laura has been practicing yoga and meditation for almost 20 years. Her teaching is informed by a variety of styles, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Bikram, and traditional Hatha yoga. Since becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2011 Laura has enriched her teaching with learnings from a doctoral program in Somatic Depth Psychology. Laura’s intention in leading yoga at PSOB is to provide a safe space to pause for mindful, gentle, and sometimes playful self-care in the midst of our busy work days.

MINDFUL FLOW YOGA: Fridays from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
